Job Summary
To support a growing global Commercial Enablement team, the full-time remote Enablement & Partner Solutions Engineer will build reusable demos, create evaluation environments, and engineer agent-led enablement tools to empower sellers and partners in utilizing AI solutions effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Build reusable demos and use cases that showcase Napster's AI capabilities
- Create evaluation environments for sellers and partners to explore products and test ideas
- Engineer agent-led enablement tools to enhance onboarding and solution discovery processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong application building skills
- Practical experience in developing AI-enabled applications or workflows
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and a commitment to quality output
- Ability to engage collaboratively with partners and explain technical concepts clearly
- Product mindset with a focus on usability, documentation, and user adoption
