Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales team and partner community, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary product expert, collaborating on customer strategies, acting as a product team ambassador, and promoting Neat's technologies through training and marketing events.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and partner representatives to communicate the value of Neat's products and oversee technical evaluations
- Act as an ambassador for the product development team by collecting customer feedback and communicating feature requests to the product team
- Conduct internal training for sales teams and participate in webinars to promote new products and features
Required qualifications
- Strong professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies
- Knowledge of unified communications and collaboration technologies is a plus
- Proven experience in customer engagement and technical support roles
- Ability to effectively communicate and present technical information
- Experience in conducting training sessions or webinars
