Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of new and existing accounts, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, scope engagements, and lead the initial sprint for client projects while maintaining revenue accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of accounts, forecast services numbers accurately, and manage client relationships from initial contact through production
• Conduct technical discovery independently and scope engagements, including pricing and proposal writing
• Build reference architectures and proofs of concept, ensuring alignment with actual deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role at a data platform, analytics, or AI company
• Demonstrated revenue ownership and experience carrying a quota or being the technical owner on deals
• Hands-on engineering experience within the last three years, including proficiency in SQL and Python
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and Databricks, with fluency in both platforms
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive-level stakeholders
