Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As the first dedicated Solutions Engineer in a fully remote role, the candidate will lead the technical side of complex deals, focusing on TinyMCE AI and strategic enterprise opportunities, while collaborating with Account Executives and Product Managers to establish technical standards and create essential resources.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through architectural evaluations and tailored demos
- Run structured evaluations and POCs, establishing clear success criteria and timelines to facilitate decision-making
- Create reusable frameworks and playbooks for demos and discovery processes, while providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales roles at a B2B SaaS company, preferably with experience selling to developers or product teams
- Consultative mindset with the ability to design tailored solutions based on customer workflows and needs
- Experience managing complex enterprise evaluations and structured POCs
- Technical fluency in JavaScript, modern front-end frameworks, APIs, and integration patterns
- Working knowledge of modern AI architecture, including LLM APIs and data privacy considerations
