Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the solutions repository, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage customer requirements, build custom solutions, and maintain internal tools while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake sessions with customers to determine their specific needs and translate them into software solutions
• Triage customer requests to decide on the necessity of custom builds and communicate with the product team when core platform changes are required
• Advise technical customers and partners on using the platform, including managing API interactions and integrations

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres, with experience using git in a team environment
• Familiarity with Supabase is preferred
• Experience connecting systems through webhooks, REST APIs, and other integration methods
• Fluency in tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with the ability to manage multiple agents effectively
• Comfortable engaging in technical conversations with customers and their vendors
