Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a technical partner to commercial teams, the full-time Solutions Engineer will lead the technical strategy for complex customer opportunities, collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Delivery in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the technical owner for strategic enterprise customer opportunities throughout the sales process
- Design scalable end-to-end solutions using BVNK's APIs and payment infrastructure, translating complex requirements into clear architectures
- Mentor other Solutions Engineers and contribute to the development of best practices and technical content
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar technical role, ideally with enterprise customers
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, payment infrastructure, and financial technology ecosystems
- Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, or blockchain infrastructure is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical sales opportunities from discovery to close
- Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
