Job Summary
Transforming complex AI capabilities into engaging narratives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will design and deliver personalized demos and proof-of-concepts that resonate with higher education leaders while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver story-driven demos tailored to each prospect's goals and challenges
- Partner with Account Executives to develop demo strategies that emphasize value and differentiation
- Translate technical capabilities into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS and higher education tech
- Proven experience delivering demos or POCs that enhance engagement and conversion
- Advanced fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools
- 3+ years of experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, or related student-facing functions
