Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the technical relationship for clients adopting the Enterprise Suite, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, guide clients through implementation, and support account growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with client engineering and business leaders to map architecture and scope use cases
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to provide technical ownership throughout the account lifecycle
- Lead proofs of concept and trials, demonstrating the Enterprise Suite's fit within client workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a client-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering or sales engineering, with large enterprise clients
- Hands-on engineering experience, including coding and debugging
- Understanding of REST or GraphQL APIs and identity protocols like OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SCIM
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure)
- Strong preference for experience in Banking, Asset Management, or complex enterprise environments
