Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the solutions repository, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage customer integrations and internal tooling, collaborating with various teams to deliver software solutions that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer intake calls to identify and define software requirements
- Assess and prioritize development tasks, determining the need for custom builds or core platform changes
- Maintain the solutions repository and proactively improve processes and tools for team efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres, with experience using git
- Familiarity with webhooks, REST APIs, and data integration techniques
- Experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools for managing multiple agents
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with customers and vendors
