Job Summary
Seeking a senior Solutions Engineer, the full-time remote position will lead technical discovery and deal strategy for complex customer opportunities, serving as the go-to expert in SIP trunking and programmable voice while collaborating with internal teams to design scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert in SIP trunking and programmable voice for enterprise customers
- Lead technical discovery and strategy for high-priority customer opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
- Design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that address business and technical needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive expertise in SIP/Telephony systems, APIs, and AI voice solutions
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and lead technical engagements
- Experience managing complex technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
