Job Summary
Serving as the technical lead on client engagements, the full-time Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery and proofs of concept for deepfake detection, working closely with banks, government agencies, and enterprise security teams, either remotely or based in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and execute proofs of concept using customer media samples to demonstrate detection capabilities
- Develop and deliver customized demos based on specific buyer use cases, ensuring clarity in detection results and integration processes
- Collaborate with customers on integrating APIs and SDKs into their existing systems, while managing technical inquiries and security reviews
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in cybersecurity or AI/ML
- Proven track record of successfully running proofs of concept and closing deals with enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations, along with proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Ability to explain complex probabilistic results to both technical and executive audiences
- Experience with compliance requirements for regulated industries, such as financial services or government sectors
