Job Summary
As the first Solutions Engineer in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and deliver product demonstrations that connect Neo.Tax capabilities to customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with prospects and customers to understand their workflows and evaluation criteria
- Deliver tailored product demos and technical walkthroughs that illustrate solution fit
- Design and explain solution architectures, data flows, and integration approaches across various systems
Required qualifications
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise software environments
- Ability to assess technical feasibility and explain architecture and implementation trade-offs
- Experience with data-heavy workflows and familiarity with SQL or scripting
- Proven track record of managing multiple evaluations and stakeholders effectively
