Job Summary
Joining a high-growth team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will educate potential and existing customers, manage technical engagements, and collaborate with sales to drive product conversations and close opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to communicate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers
- Own technical engagements with customers and deliver product presentations
- Enhance documentation and create enablement materials based on customer interactions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and customers
- A technical mindset with a desire to grow and solve technical challenges
- Self-motivated and creative, with a willingness to take initiative
