Job Summary
To support the growth of a pioneering healthcare company, the remote Solutions Engineer will partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, lead technical discovery, conduct product demos, and design tailored solutions while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and advance sales opportunities throughout the pre-sales process
- Lead technical conversations with customer IT and integration teams to understand their systems and integration requirements
- Architect solutions that address customer business challenges, including integration design across APIs, HL7, and FHIR resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and cloud-based healthcare solutions, with experience in the digital health space
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for software solutions
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in REST APIs and integration concepts
- Experience with HL7 v2 and FHIR is a strong plus
