Job Summary
Serving as the product expert on CommunitySuite, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage in discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and support the sales cycle by resolving technical objections and facilitating client transitions to implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations for finance and executive decision-makers
- Own the technical portions of proposals and RFP responses while managing product evaluation environments
- Support the handoff from Sales to Client Services on complex implementations, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of accounting experience in the philanthropic sector or as a pre-sales/solutions engineer for accounting software
- In-depth knowledge of fund accounting concepts and financial reporting
- Experience delivering software demonstrations to executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20%
