Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Engineer will engage directly with customers to build and improve integrations, resolve technical issues, and enhance product capabilities within the AI-native technology platform for the mortgage industry.
Key responsibilities
- Build solutions to customer problems by defining approaches and shipping code for new features and workflows
- Support lender integrations by assisting with API adoption and troubleshooting, while creating tools to streamline future integrations
- Resolve technical customer issues by collaborating with support and sales teams to investigate and address problems effectively
Required qualifications
- Strong engineering skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integrations
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven project ownership with the capability to manage competing priorities
- Product judgment to identify when to enhance the product versus providing custom solutions
