Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Engineer will engage with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, deliver value-based demonstrations, support Proof of Concepts, and drive business closures.
Key responsibilities
- Present Pinecone technology and vision to both technical and executive audiences
- Demonstrate and communicate the value of Pinecone technology throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance Pinecone's offerings
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of enterprise experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Experience with large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL, and cloud technologies
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience
