Job Summary
Owning the implementation process from demo to go-live, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage with high-volume employers, running demos, scoping needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring successful customer onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Run engaging demos for HR audiences across various platforms, showcasing the value of Onboarded's solutions
- Scope customer requirements, build proof-of-concepts, and configure the platform to align with client workflows
- Manage the implementation process, ensuring customer success from initial sale through to live operation
Required qualifications
- Background in HR tech with a strong understanding of staffing and high-volume hiring challenges
- Proficient in APIs and integrations, with experience building connections between SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Bullhorn
- Experience in both pre-sales and hands-on implementation roles
- Ability to think quickly and creatively solve problems in real-time
