Solutions Engineer/Architect
Job Summary
To support the delivery and optimization of enterprise SAP cloud environments, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer/Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor, managing customer relationships and coordinating technical resources within the SAP RISE environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, overseeing SAP cloud environments and service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer expectations and align service delivery with business objectives
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions and support technical service delivery roadmaps
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience
- 4+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience
- 4+ years of experience in solution design or enterprise architecture related to SAP
- 2+ years of technical project management experience supporting SAP operations or implementation initiatives
