Job Summary
Leading client discovery conversations, the full-time Solutions Engineer Consultant will assist clients in transitioning complex data deliveries to a new data platform, collaborating with the Senior Sales Engineer and Customer Success team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discussions with clients to understand their data needs and recommend efficient delivery paths
- Capture and confirm data specifications, preparing initial configurations and maintaining accurate client records
- Co-manage follow-through processes with the Senior Sales Engineer and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in a client-facing data role, such as solutions consulting or analytics consulting
- Hands-on experience with syndicated retail or CPG data, including familiarity with SPINS data delivery
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements and specifications
- Comfort with large data sets and concepts like cell counts and data delivery methods
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements effectively
