Solutions Engineer - FedRAMP
Job Summary
Focusing on Enterprise FedRAMP Cloud Infrastructure clients, the full-time Solutions Engineer - FedRAMP will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
- Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration of Coralogix solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and coding/scripting in languages such as Python or Java
