Solutions Engineer - FedRAMP
Job Summary
Focusing on Enterprise FedRAMP Cloud Infrastructure clients, the full-time Solutions Engineer - FedRAMP will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform in a fully remote capacity within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes while managing customer deployments and integrations
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
