Solutions Engineer for API Integration
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and technically sharp Solutions Engineer for API Integration, this full-time remote role will manage the end-to-end API integration lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and account teams to deliver successful implementations for various partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for partners, overseeing the API integration process from onboarding to production launch
- Guide partners through the adoption of Yelp's various APIs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor integration health and troubleshoot complex issues, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance API adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical client-facing role
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, including knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and common integration challenges
- Proven ability to manage multiple partner integrations simultaneously
- Experience in building processes and documentation for integration playbooks
- Familiarity with advertising or marketing APIs is preferred
