Solutions Engineer II

Job Summary

To support the successful implementation of project work, the full-time salaried Solutions Engineer II will own solution implementations for internal and external customers, manage project deadlines, and create documentation while collaborating with a team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in communicating project milestones and support Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure infrastructure migrations
• Lead the planning and execution of domain controllers and file share migrations while ensuring minimal downtime
• Document technical work and create standards for systems requirements and project deployment

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent education/experience
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably with an MSP
• 1-2 years of project implementation experience
• Moderate to extensive knowledge of virtualization technologies and networking infrastructure best practices
• Certification requirements include AZ-305, CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent experience
