Solutions Engineer Specialist
Job Summary
To support the implementation of Bliss Point Data Scientific MMM Products, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer Specialist will manage product scoping, technical onboarding, and client data science engagement while ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to assess product-client fit and define model scope prior to SOW signing
- Support end-to-end data onboarding, serving as the primary technical resource for client data inquiries
- Prepare for the first model readout by coaching client-facing teams on model outputs and strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in data analysis, statistics, or a related technical field
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and hold stakeholders accountable
- Comfort in simplifying complex data sets into actionable insights
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly with C-level executives
