Solutions Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading the pre-sales Solutions Engineering team remotely, the full-time Solutions Engineering Manager will hire and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, partner with Sales leadership to optimize technical evaluations, and serve as a strategic liaison between the field and Product and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, ramp, and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers, providing feedback and career development
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to prioritize coverage and plan resources for technical evaluations
- Join key discovery calls, demos, and POCs to model best practices and assist in deal progression
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience in business intelligence or analytics software
- 1-2+ years of team leadership experience with direct people management
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data stack technologies
- Proven experience leading technical discovery, demos, and POCs with enterprise stakeholders
- Prior experience with BI and/or enterprise data analytics tools preferred
