Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of the Solutions Engineering team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineering Manager will establish objectives, delegate assignments, and ensure the team aligns with company goals while focusing on technical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance evaluations, training, and development of the Solutions Engineering team
• Define strategic objectives and priorities for the team to meet organizational goals
• Collaborate with management and HR to manage recruitment and ensure organizational scalability

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience
• Several years of experience managing technical Solutions Engineers in a leadership role
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and application delivery
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate complex technologies
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
