Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of the Solutions Engineering team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineering Manager will focus on technical sales, establish objectives, delegate assignments, and ensure the team meets company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the SE team, including performance evaluations, training, and recruitment
• Define objectives and strategies for the SE team to meet and exceed goals
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree or relevant work experience
• Several years of experience managing technical Solutions Engineers in a management role
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and application delivery
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate complex technologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
