Solutions Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To support customers in achieving their business goals, the full-time salaried Solutions Implementation Specialist will configure customer environments, onboard clients, and maintain demo environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Configure customer environments, workflows, settings, and products for successful implementations
- Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to onboard customers and validate configurations
- Develop expertise in Kite and franchise operations, creating internal training materials and documentation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or a similar SaaS role
- Ability to learn complex software and connect capabilities to customer needs
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills for conveying complex concepts to customers and teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
