Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Solutions Lead - Java/AWS, this remote contract-to-hire position will lead software engineers in driving solution architecture, technical design, and application delivery for scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, with quarterly on-site travel to Omaha.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineers across design, development, deployment, and production support
- Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot applications on AWS
- Build REST APIs and event-driven integrations using Kafka and MongoDB
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
