Job Summary
Promoting Total Leave digital capabilities, the full-time Solutions Partner Liaison will serve as the primary contact for complex questions regarding STD, Leave, PFL, and ADA, while facilitating resolutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate digital functionality to clients and encourage the adoption of self-service capabilities
- Handle complex claims and leave inquiries, developing action plans and ensuring timely execution
- Identify trends impacting claims and leaves, collaborating with operations leaders to address issues
Required qualifications:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience recommended
- Strong technical claims and leave experience
- Proficiency in STD and FMLA regulations, with the ability to quickly learn ADA and PFL
- Experience in client relationship management and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to influence and resolve conflicts positively
