Solutions Services Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure successful technical execution of solution designs post-sales, the full-time Solutions Services Engineer will manage customer relationships, guide SDK and API integrations, and handle technical support escalations while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm solution design and integration approach with customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements
- Guide customer developers through the integration of b.well's SDKs and APIs into their applications
- Serve as the escalation point for technical support after go-live, diagnosing and resolving integration and configuration issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, or solutions engineering within healthcare technology
- Hands-on experience with healthcare systems or applications, including EHRs and data exchange platforms
- Proficiency in working with SDKs, APIs, and debugging tools such as Postman or cURL
- Familiarity with FHIR R4 resources, HL7 standards, and HIPAA regulations
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical details effectively to diverse stakeholders
