Solutions Value Architect
Job Summary
To support the organization's value delivery to payer customers, the full-time remote Solutions Value Architect will define and standardize value narratives, develop ROI methodologies, and ensure consistent value demonstration across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define the enterprise payer-facing value narrative and establish standardized ROI methodologies
- Design and deploy executive-level value demonstration frameworks and maintain a defensible case study library
- Synthesize industry changes into actionable insights and translate them into company positioning and value narratives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare SaaS, value-based care, or related domains
- Deep understanding of provider workflow and behavior drivers
- Effective executive communication and storytelling skills
- Strong analytics acumen with experience in translating analytics into strategic narratives
- Ability to operate as an internal advisor across various teams
