Source-to-Contract Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day support for platform configuration and system administration, the full-time Source-to-Contract Support Specialist will assist with supplier record integration and troubleshooting while working remotely across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and maintenance of supplier management platforms and ensure compliance with owner requirements
• Manage the Help Desk queue, responding to support tickets and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Complete financial and administrative reports while participating in ongoing process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in procurement systems or compliance technology preferred
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools
• Basic mathematical skills for financial reporting
• Willingness to learn procurement systems and compliance technology
