Source to Procure Manager

Job Summary

To lead digital transformation in procurement, the full-time remote Source to Procure Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and spend analytics while managing a team and collaborating across various departments to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of procurement capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refresh the Source to Pay digital roadmap, translating procurement priorities into actionable plans
• Lead the implementation and operational health of Source to Procure platforms, ensuring stability and scalability
• Establish governance for digital procurement capabilities and ensure compliance with global procurement policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Procurement or related functions, with meaningful leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of Source to Pay processes, including strategic sourcing and e-procurement
• Proven success in managing digital products from roadmap to implementation and continuous improvement
• Strong governance and change management experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
