- Conduct initial candidate conversations and present warm leads to recruiters

- Proven experience sourcing exceptional talent in competitive markets, preferably in engineering or research
- Ability to identify candidates through unconventional channels beyond LinkedIn
- Strong writing skills that engage candidates effectively
- Self-motivated with a fast-paced approach to sourcing without needing a playbook
