Sourcing and Contract Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sourcing and Contract Manager III to support internal stakeholders with procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and negotiate various agreements to support business activities
- Execute purchasing strategies and manage the procurement process for optimal terms and cost savings
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and lead competitive sourcing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in contract negotiation and procurement
- Experience with outsourced services, hardware, software/Cloud, and professional services contracts
- CPSM, C.P.M., CPIM, or CSCP certification is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology related to supplier agreements
