Job Summary
To support expanding needs, the full-time Sourcing Leader will negotiate with providers to achieve optimal contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction, with the position based in various European locations.
Key responsibilities
- Define supplier strategy, manage supplier panels, and lead negotiations while ensuring effective communication with Procurement
- Manage medium to large teams, attract and retain talent, and provide professional leadership within the sourcing function
- Lead functional teams or projects, presenting business solutions and influencing policy and operational guidelines
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in Sourcing Management at a high level
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with relevant experience
- Proficiency in English is essential
