Job Summary
To support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will manage sourcing strategies, deliver market intelligence, and enhance supplier relationships while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide operational intelligence and lead strategic initiatives to optimize service operations
- Conduct market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and support supplier relationship management programs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
- Experience in project management and business transitions preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical abilities and proven leadership skills in a decentralized environment
