Job Summary

Managing supplier relationships and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products, the full-time Sourcing Manager will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, focusing on vendor sourcing, pricing negotiations, and fulfilling high-quality branded merchandise for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products while building a robust vendor network
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards
• Manage a high volume of concurrent sourcing requests, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment

Required qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products and managing supplier relationships
• Proven negotiation skills in vendor management and pricing agreements
• Familiarity with promotional product software and CRM platforms
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple workstreams effectively
