Job Summary

To support the scaling of its Talent Acquisition function, the full-time Sourcing Partner will own sourcing and pipeline generation for technical and non-technical roles across India and the U.S., utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools while ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own sourcing and pipeline generation for open requisitions, aligned with business priorities
• Run proactive multi-channel sourcing campaigns and maintain a searchable candidate database
• Track sourcing activity and funnel performance, preparing accurate recruitment MIS and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment coordination, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience sourcing both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems
• Experience maintaining sourcing trackers and recruitment dashboards with attention to data accuracy
• Ability to work across time zones and support U.S.-based hiring teams, with familiarity in U.S. hiring practices being advantageous
