Sourcing Program Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Sourcing Program Manager will manage purchasing processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop sourcing strategies while working remotely from Ohio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned sourcing initiatives, including analysis, RFP development, and supplier management
- Support clinical colleagues with product research and cost analysis to reduce supply expenses without compromising quality
- Collaborate with legal and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and improve sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Healthcare (equivalent experience considered)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, or Nursing (preferred)
- Five years of progressive experience in sourcing for large health systems
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
