Job Summary
To support strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Sourcing Program Manager will manage purchasing processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop sourcing strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned sourcing initiatives including analysis, RFP development, negotiations, and supplier management
- Support clinical colleagues in product research and cost analysis to reduce supply expenses without compromising care quality
- Monitor budgets for initiatives and contracts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Healthcare (required)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, or Nursing (preferred)
- Five years of progressive experience in sourcing for large health systems
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and workflow systems
