Sourcing Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive sourcing strategy and process improvements, the full-time remote Sourcing Project Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage competitive events, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, and risk across spend categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies while managing competitive sourcing events and negotiations
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing plans with business needs, ensuring compliance and governance
• Drive enhancements in sourcing tools and processes, promoting digital transformation and process efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing events and delivering measurable cost improvements
• Strong analytical skills for spend and market data analysis to inform sourcing strategies
• Preferred experience with process-improvement methods such as Lean or Agile
