Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the Sourcing Specialist will support high-volume hiring for IT and Digital organizations in a full-time remote contract role lasting 6 to 9 months, collaborating with recruiters to drive a coordinated talent pipeline and assisting with application review and candidate prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the recruiter team to prioritize sourcing workload and align strategies with evolving skill needs
- Source candidates using various platforms, build targeted talent lists, and maintain a steady pipeline for technical skill sets
- Review applications, assess qualifications, manage requisition updates, and coordinate interview scheduling
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, or recruiting coordination, preferably in IT or technical recruiting
- Experience with ATS, CRM, and modern sourcing tools/AI-enabled platforms
- Strong ability to assess resumes for skill fit and alignment with hiring criteria
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
