Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To optimize supply chain operations, the full-time Sourcing Specialist will identify, evaluate, and select suppliers while negotiating contracts and managing sourcing strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and services
• Manage the RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, including bid analysis and supplier selection
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in procurement or sourcing roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and assess supplier capabilities
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
• Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance regulations
