Job Summary
Supporting Integrated Facilities Management clients, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist will optimize managed services operations, deliver market and supplier intelligence, and lead strategic initiatives while managing vendor processes and analyzing spend trends.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing strategies and supplier relationships
- Negotiate pricing structures and manage the RFP processes for indirect procurement categories
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights and report market trends to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in contract management and vendor relationship management
- Experience with RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes
