Job Summary
To support Integrated Facilities Management initiatives, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and operational intelligence to optimize service operations and drive cost savings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of standardized sourcing processes and strategies focused on supplier consolidation and sustainability
- Conduct due diligence on prospective suppliers, execute RFPs, and ensure smooth transitions to operations during implementation
- Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders regarding sourcing-related functions and supplier performance
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in facility services or indirect categories
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proven track record of customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
