South Carolina Call Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the part-time South Carolina Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities to enroll and retain participants, utilizing effective communication and recruitment methods while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
- Screen patients for eligibility, provide program overviews, and answer questions using the Teach Back Method
- Administer surveys, record data, and schedule appointments for program activities
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
