Job Summary
To oversee a workflow redesign project and lead a team of 20 analysts, the contract Epic Certified Revenue Cycle Manager will work remotely, managing various Epic analysts and preparing for system upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and present a workflow redesign and roadmap
- Manage a group of Epic analysts across multiple revenue cycle applications
- Lead the implementation of Epic's Emmie, Chart with Art, and Penny AI tools during system upgrades
Required qualifications
- Current Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle applications
- 3-5 years of experience managing an Epic Revenue Cycle and/or Patient Access Team
- Prior or current Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle modules
- Prior consulting experience
- Recent experience managing a team remotely
